Patient Coordinator

Blue Lake Oral Surgery is seeking an experienced and compassionate Patient Coordinator to work at the front desk in our oral surgery practice. The right person must be professional, service-minded and a team player. It is preferred to have a minimum of two years of experience in the dental or medical field. Oral surgery or specialty dental practice experience is a plus, as is experience with insurance coordination. Experience with implant coordination is a plus. Job duties include:

· Scheduling appointments

· Insurance verification and treatment plan estimation

· Coordination with referring practices

· Checking patients in

· Patient appointment management

· Billing insurance, if experienced

This is a 4 day per week (40 hours) position, although 40 hours over 5 days is possible. No weekend hours. Office hours are 730 AM to 5 PM.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
