We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide support to our clients in Dallas. The caregiver will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with mobility, including transferring and positioning them as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding, taking into account any dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Monitor clients' health status and report any changes to healthcare professionals as needed.
• Administer medication according to the care plan and as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in conversation, games, or other activities to improve their quality of life.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and dishwashing.
• Run errands and accompany clients to appointments or social outings.
• Maintain accurate records of client care, including daily activity logs and medication logs.
• Communicate regularly with clients' families and healthcare professionals to ensure that they are receiving the best possible care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently as needed for the job
• Willingness to be trained
• 18 years old and above
• Valid Driver’s License with an insured automobile
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to pass drug tests
