Responsibility

• Maintain each resident's cleanliness and dignity
• Deliver services to customers in accordance with the Individual Service Plan.
• Administer medication(s) and complete all necessary paperwork
• Create an atmosphere that values the client's privacy and property
• Perform light housekeeping, conduct errands, or provide transportation as required
• Supervise, assist or provide showers and baths
• Medication monitoring and management for the resident
• Prepare meals, purchase groceries, and assist with basic living requirements as required
• Provide ambulation and transfer assistance to customers
• Assist with daily activities and other care while promoting self-care and independence

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• 18 years old and above
• Proof of COVID vaccination
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test
• Valid driver’s license and an automobile insurance
• BLS certification encouraged
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Ability to maintain patience and respect while performing a variety of tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and with great attention to details
