Our ideal candidate is highly energetic, motivated and enjoys working with people and the public! We have a group of dental practices that need call center support as we manage a high volume of dental office incoming calls. As a critical part of our team and patient experience, you will be responsible for the following:

• Answer phones with enthusiasm and excitement
• Be accommodating and book our patients for their appointments or assist in answering any questions they have
• Direct clinical calls to the patient's doctor
• Work with Practice Managers and office teams to provide an exceptional patient experience
• Assist with insurance verifications and breakdowns for new and existing patients
• Provide a stellar patient experience!

• Dental experience a major plus

• Familiarity with Dentrix/weave

• Follow up- when you say you're going to call someone back, you really do!
• Ability to self manage and be self motivated- while you will work in an office among one of our dental teams, you'll need to make sure you can fulfill tasks to completion with minimal supervision
