We're looking for a full-time Event Assistant to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position involves collaborating closely with our Event Management Team to organize and execute brand development campaigns and promotional events for our clients.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Event Management Team to plan and coordinate various events
• Assist in developing promotional marketing plans and operational functions
• Participate in on-site promotions and sales activities
• Execute merchandise presentation directives for client acquisition field campaigns
• Engage with customers, provide information on featured products/services, and address inquiries
• Gain knowledge of marketing and branding strategies used by clients and apply it to develop customized marketing and sales strategies
• Ensure high-level customer service, resulting in increased productivity and achieved sales goals
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for event planning

Requirements:

• Experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills
• Enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
