Responsibilities:
- Plans and manages patient care according to each resident’s needs.
- Interviews residents and records their medical history and physical condition.
- Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
- Provides routine care for patients.
- Organizational and multi-tasking skills are necessary for this position.
- Completed LPN/RN license program.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
