Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a team of groundskeepers and ensuring the successful completion of weekly mowing projects, landscaping and maintenance projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the crew
- Assign tasks and provide clear instructions to crew members
- Participate in and oversee mowing and other landscape maintenance activities
- Ensure that all work is completed according to established standards and deadlines before leaving each area or job site
- Train new crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory levels of tools, equipment, and supplies

- Review and schedule daily and weekly maintenance on all related equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping, lawn care or landscape maintenance

- Valid driver's license with DOT certification or ability to qualify for a DOT certification promptly.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and equipment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with crew members
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
