Blue Goose Cantina was born from wanting a place where you could have a nice meal, a well-made drink and to be around some cool people at the same time. The foundation of our company was built from day 1 on the idea that great handmade food, quality drinks, top-notch service, fun atmosphere and kick-ass attitude could all be done at the same time and you shouldn’t have to sacrifice one for the other. We are looking for unique individual that have a passion for the hospitality business, thrive in a highly intense environment and loves to have fun at work.
Qualifications:
· High School degree or Equivalent required
· Must be over 18 years of age
· Strong communication skills
· Strong work ethic & integrity
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment and on your feet up to 10-12 hours per day.
· Must be able to transport items up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
· Someone who thinks for themselves
· Someone who will not crater when the pressure is on
· A problem solver
· High standards in food quality, customer service and cleanliness
· Mandatory attendance to ALL staff meetings
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule
· Must be TABC certified
· Must have a valid Food Handlers Certificate
· Must be fluent in English.
