The Facilities Coordinator will help to improve and maintain facility maintenance functions and repairs. Is a partner to department heads and employees, and directly manages the vendor network (general repairs, HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, etc.) The Facilities Coordinator will also provide services to support organizational security and safety initiatives and needs in conjunction with C.I.R.C.Blue Force Gear is proud to design and manufacture the world’s lightest and most cutting-edge military equipment – all made here in the USA! To enhance our long-term growth, we are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Laser Cutting Machine Operator!Job Components:
Major Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage incoming service request.
  • Plans and coordinates preventive maintenance needs.
  • Prioritize tasks and ensures timely completion.
  • Collaborates with business partners to resolve issues for best long-term results.
  • Acts as primary point of contact for external vendors and contractors.
  • Oversees vendor/contractor performance, negotiates pricing, ensures adherence to project timelines and specifications.
  • Back up to C.I.R.C. function with safety and security initiatives
  • Other duties are required.
Qualifications:Educational Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent required with high level experience. Trade License or Military Assignment in a discipline such as Mechanics, HVAC, Plumbing, ElectricalPrevious Experience:
  • Master of a Trade 2 years or more
  • Previous facilities management/coordinator responsibilities 3 years or more
  • Security/Safety/ OSHA responsibilities or training 1 year or more
  • Vendor/subcontractor management 3 years or more
  • Work Order management 3 years or more
Competencies and Skills:
  • Works with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent internal customer service
  • Strong demonstrated experience in facilities management/ maintenance
  • Trade knowledge with hands on experience
  • Data entry & records management utilizing computers and software programs
  • Ability to work within; Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, ERP Microsoft Dynamics
  • Clean Driving Record, ability to drive between facilities, to suppliers, vendors
