Duties

• Provide assistance with the patient’s important daily activities like personal hygiene, toileting, grooming, bathing, nail care, or oral hygiene
• Assist residents with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor's appointments, walks, etc.)
• Communicate patient needs effectively with family members and other medical staff
• Provide clinical support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Monitor and record important changes regarding a patient’s vitals
• Assist with admissions, discharges or transfers whenever necessary
• Prevent patient infection by implementing infection control measures to ensure patient’s health and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Proof of COVID vaccination required
• 18 years old and above
• Active CPR Card/First Aid
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds at times
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Excellent customer service skills
• Willingness to be trained
