Blue Flame manages five hotels on the Northeast side of Fort Wayne: the Hampton Inn Dupont, the Comfort Suites North, the Hilton Garden Inn and Home2 Suites (a dual property location).
As the Front Desk Supervisor, your general responsibilities will include but are not limited to, maintaining compliance with company policies, practices, procedures, and safety standards, covering any call-offs that occur at the desk that can’t be covered. Required to work a minimum of 3 weekends a month, to be flexible on working all shifts when needed, work as Housekeeping Inspector when needed, communicate and build service throughout the housekeeping staff, assist in booking meetings and groups, audit the day-to-day operations of the front desk, guest service, and work activities of assigned personnel and reports deficiencies to General Manager, monitor, promote, and review, break down, and update guest service scores on a weekly/monthly basis as directed. It is preferred that you have a high school diploma or GED, two years of college or equivalent experience, previous Front Desk experience, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be organized, efficient, and prioritize work, and have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must be available to work weekends as needed and have flexibility on AM and PM shifts. Experience with Fosse preferred.
