Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Host. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Your role will involve greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and assisting with various guest services. Responsibilities: - Greet guests with a warm welcome and provide excellent customer service - Manage guest reservations and seating arrangements - Maintain a clean and organized host/host station - Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries - Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Assist with guest services such as coat check or special requests - Communicate effectively with guests to address any concerns or special needs Qualifications: - Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred - Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service - Proficient in using Aloha POS or similar restaurant management software - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required At our establishment, we value teamwork, professionalism, and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
