Drivers are home every day with an average annual pay of $66K running Monday – Friday on dedicated account running within 150 miles of Decatur AR.

• Starting pay is $.44CPM with average miles per week of 1300 with stop pay of $37/Broiler Feed Load and $40 Breeder Feed Load. Overall average of 20 stops per week

• Drivers are guaranteed $1000 during their first 8 weeks.

• The running area is 150 miles of Decatur. Drivers are home every night.

• Start time is between 1500-1730 and once set it stays at that time.

• Driver’s average $66K/Yr for first year

• Drivers will run occasional Saturday if no volunteers – happens about 10 times per year

• Full benefits including PTO, medical, dental, start after 30 days and 401K with matching start after 6 months.

NOTE CAN NEVER HAVE FAILED A DOT DRUG OR ALCOHOL TEST EVER

Applicants MUST live within 40 miles of Decatur AR and have own transportation to and from facility – truck cannot be taken home

Requirements:

• No more than 3 moving violations or incidents in the last three years’

• No major preventable accidents in the last 3 years (major accident defined as over $25K in damage) with no more than one highway accident during those three year

• Can not have reckless/careless, rear end or rollover in last three years
