We are looking for a knowledgeable Product Support Representative to become a go-to person for our customers and dealers, helping them with parts quotations, orders, and resolving warranty issues using our CRM platform, Salesforce.

What you Will Do:

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone and email communication channels.
• Process orders, generate quotations, and address warranty inquiries using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience by addressing inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to expand product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Provide expert technical support across our range of skid steer attachments.
• Stay updated on new product lines and improvements through ongoing training.

What We are Looking For:

• Eagerness to learn and embark on a rewarding career.
• Pleasant and professional telephone presence. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point) and typing speed of 45 wpm.
• Excellent follow-up and attention to detail are key to success in this role.
• Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude or experience is a bonus.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus, but not required.
