- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks according to project plans, blueprints, and specifications
- Diagnose electrical problems and troubleshoot issues with wiring, circuits, fixtures, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations
- Conduct quality inspections to verify that electrical installations meet quality standards and client expectations
- Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior technicians as needed
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies to address electrical issues and minimize downtime
- Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in electrical contracting
- Completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program
- Journeyman Electrician license or certification issued by the state of Missouri
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and climbing
- Valid Missouri driver's license
