```Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and dedicated Custodian to join our team. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our staff and visitors.

Duties:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform floor care duties such as buffing, waxing, and polishing floors
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Collaborate with other custodial staff to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness and hygiene standards

Skills:
- Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and respond to requests promptly
