Blue Bird Day is Hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA Near Wheaton, IL

Candidates should be eager to join a multi-disciplinary team of providers, collaborating to provide an individualized treatment approach that recognizes each child's individual needs and personality.

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts' (BCBA) Day to Day:

    • Daily case management tasks including supervision of RBT intervention.
    • Direct and indirect ABA intervention
    • Complete daily treatment notes, daily data input and analysis, evaluations, plan of care documents and other documentation as needed within required time frame.
    • Participate in on-going collaboration with the client's team and family including weekly emails, phone calls and in person discussions.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and families by providing parent education, home programs, and parent support as needed.

  • Family and Team Collaboration and Education

Job Requirements

  • Certified BCBA
  • Masters degree required
  • Experience working with children or clients with autism is a plus

Blue Bird Day is an intensive therapy program for children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental disorders. Our therapies are offered in a preschool-like setting, but instead of teachers, our "classes" are run by therapists. Our collaborative team provides occupational, physical, speech, developmental, ABA, and other therapies to help our clients reach their unique goals. We have locations in Chicago's West Loop and Northcenter neighborhoods and in Wheaton, and we're growing! Our West Loop location is unique because it has two parking lots, is located two blocks from the blue linke and across the street from Skinner West Park!
