JOB SUMMARY:

Blue Bird’s legal interns engage in a variety of work experiences applying their theoretical knowledge to real world business challenges. The legal intern supports our legal department completing moderately complex tasks

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Conducting legal research
• Draft legal documents, assist with client meetings and interviews
• Review corporate governance documents
• Provide support for corporate transactions
• Assist in preparing presentations or reports for the business and internal stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Able to work full-time (40 hours/week) for a 12-week period beginning May 27, 2024 – August 16, 2024
• Junior, Senior or Graduate level student with law degree
• Ability to work semi-autonomously with appropriate guidance and direction
• At least 18 years of age prior to the start of the internship assignment
