Blue Bell Creameries is Hiring a Route Sales Representative Near Hampton, VA

Blue Bell Creameries is seeking a Route Sales Representative in the Hampton Roads, VA area.

A route sales representative responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Making route deliveries to grocery stores, schools, convenience stores and other customers;
  • Loading trucks and maintaining inventory; and
  • Coordinating stocking and proper merchandising of product in stores.

A CDL license is preferred but not required. If you do not have a CDL, you will be provided on the job training to obtain a Class B license with air brake endorsement. The Class B license must be obtained within 30 days after hire date.

The position includes a base salary with a commission component.

The typical hours are approximately early morning to afternoon, five days a week. Wednesdays and Sundays off.

The ideal candidate is dependable, has good basic math skills, and is willing to work with frozen products.

Requirements:

A candidate must possess the following job requirements:

  • At least 21 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent degree
  • Safe driving record with no more than two preventable collisions or moving violations in the past three years
  • Ability to lift up to 30 Lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
