This is a remote position. M-F 8:30a-5:00pm EST (with a 30-min. meal period); flexibility in hours is required to complete recruiting tasks as needed and/or attend evening or weekend hiring events. Candidates must be located in NC, MD or AZ. Ideal candidate will be located in North Carolina. Candidates in Maryland and Arizona may also be considered.

Must have previous Management Experience and ABA Experience

Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for direct recruitment and will manage/oversee all recruitment strategy, plans, initiatives and activities. This role will coach and manage the team by providing constructive feedback and developing growth plans that will enhance the company’s approach to hiring processes.

Duties and Responsibilities Talent Acquisition Manager:

·Develop and implement successful recruitment strategies/plans

·Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of Recruiters; hiring, onboarding, training, coaching, supervision and progressive disciplinary action.

·Manage, track, and oversee recruitment activities such as job posting, application processing, interview scheduling, and document preparation

·Report up to AVP HR on effectiveness of recruiting plans and strategy implementation

·Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process

·Promote the company’s mission and vision and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity

·Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria

·Determine if a candidate would be a good fit by assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best match open position/s based on applications, resumes/CVs and interviews

·Source high priority clinical and specialized candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline

·Attract suitable candidates through databases, job boards, online employment forums, social media, etc.

·Open/post positions in our ATS and other job boards

·Move candidates along the recruitment pipeline, who best fit the position as judged amongst candidates who are otherwise qualified

·Coordinate the interview process and make hiring recommendations to Clinical Directors and other hiring managers (depending on state workflow)

·Match candidates with open roles (depending on state/role)

·Create offer letters and extend offers of employment

·Partner with local colleges/universities, create and maintain relationships with referral sources

·Participate in job/career fairs/hiring events

·Provide daily/weekly staffing updates via reporting, tracking and leading meetings

·Complete special projects as needed/assigned

·Other related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements: Talent Acquisition Manager

·Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred. Appropriate experience may be substituted for educational requirements.

·A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment/talent acquisition in ABA.

·Previous supervisory experience

·Experience utilizing ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn

·Detail oriented, strong organizational, time management, analytical, problem solving, and customer service skills.

·Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including phone and email.

·Ability to multitask and handle high volume work.

·Working knowledge/ability to us Microsoft Office Apps/Products and Smartsheets

·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing workflows while maintaining a positive attitude.
