Position Overview:

As an Associate Dentist at Blue Ash Dental Group, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dental care and contributing to the success of our practice. You will join a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing the best possible patient experience and promoting the practice of dentistry in Blue Ash, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care: Provide high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their oral health and well-being. Perform dental procedures, including examinations, fillings, extractions, implant placement, endo and more, with precision and care.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other dental professionals, including General Dentists, Specialists, and support staff, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.

Professional Development: Continue your growth as a dental professional by participating in continuing education opportunities.

Compliance and Quality: Adhere to all industry regulations, safety protocols, and ethical standards. Ensure the highest level of quality in all dental procedures and treatments.

Patient Education: Educate patients about oral health, treatment options, and preventive measures, empowering them to make informed decisions about their dental care.

Business Development: Contribute to the growth and success of the practice by providing excellent patient care and fostering positive patient experiences, leading to increased patient referrals and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • DDS/DMD from an accredited University
  • Valid dental license in the state of Ohio or eligible for reciprocity
  • Strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dental care
  • Experience with implant placement and restoration
  • Experience with molar endodontics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues effectively

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Job Type: Full-time Onsite | Tues-Fri |, Part-time Onsite also considered
  • Salary: % of Collections (Less Lab Fees) based on experience
  • Benefits: Medical
