Bluco Corporation is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Technician who will be a hands-on Team Lead assisting on both prototype and small production jobs, and guide the group performing other tasks valuable to the manufacturing goals of the company.

What you’ll be doing when you join our company:

• Work with and lead a small group of manufacturing technicians completing projects as assigned 
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues 
• Assemble products made of precision parts using instructions/prints
• Understand factory orders, accurately read tape measures, gauges and other test equipment
• Saw cut material using large band saw for production
• Clean and glue high precision bushings into plates and components
• Laser mark part number on inventory
• Perform quality flatness checks on steel tables using FARO tracker 

What we need from you to apply:

• 5 years of manufacturing experience
• Ability to lead and communicate directions with clarity
• Basic blueprint reading experience
• Ability to read micrometers and calipers
• Understanding of shop math/ability to convert to/from metric
• Mechanically inclined
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems with minimal instruction
• Quality focused/shows pride in workmanship
• Ability to work well with others and work in a team environment
• High School diploma
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Operate or ability to learn forklifts and cranes
