We are a medical aesthetics practice seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aesthetic Nurse to join our team! Our practice has been open for over 17 years, and has a loyal following with a high rate of referrals. We provide a high level of care for our patients and we are looking for a dynamic nurse who shares our values to join our experienced team. We specialize in providing subtle but noticeable differences in enhancing a patient’s natural aesthetic.
Responsibilities include:
-Performing thorough consultations with patients to address all their aesthetic needs.
-Create a plan of care based on recommendations and an agreed upon treatment plan.
-Accurate documentation of patient records and progress notes.
-Educating patients on pre and post treatment instructions and expected outcomes.
-Managing adverse reactions and alerting the appropriate medical team as needed.
-Managing patient follow up care as needed.
-Building rapport and long term relationships with patients.
-Ability to provide ongoing assessment of new and returning patients and matching them with products and services that fall within their plan of care or newly assessed needs.
-Staying mindful of office goals and taking a proactive approach in helping the team reach them.
-Ensuring that workspace stays clean and up to par with medical standards.
-Staying up to date with education and the latest trends in the industry.
-Proactive in seeking ongoing training as needed.
-Treatments include: neurotoxins, dermal filler, biostimulators, PDO threads, microneedling, PRF, fotofacial, skintag removal, laser hair removal, and more!
Requirements:
-Active CA license as an RN/NP/PA
-Proven expertise in administering neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other aesthetic procedures with an ability to show your work in a portfolio.
-Must have an extensive knowledge of facial anatomy.
-Must have an in-depth knowledge of various neurotoxins and dermal fillers and their properties, as well some knowledge of leading laser types and other treatment modalities.
-Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment, without compromising quality of work.
-Must provide excellent quality in patient care and strive for patient satisfaction each time.
-Ability to manage time effectively and stay within an allotted schedule.
Preferred:
-Minimum 1 year of injectable and aesthetic experience, 3-5 years preferred.
-Social media account appreciated.
Pay: $45-$120 per hour (base plus commissions)
Hours: 16-24 hours a week
