Responsibilities

• Creating/updating daily/weekly and monthly behavior technician and client schedules
• Schedule, assign, and monitor therapists schedule to promote efficiency.
• Ensure that all schedules are completed in accordance with established standards
• Monitor and track adherence to client cancellation & clinician call-out policies
• Monitor and track all credentials, dates, and re-certification of all employees.
• Managing high volume biweekly payroll
• Data entry and handling of new hire paperwork
• Assist employees with Payroll information
• Employee Benefits including PTO and Medical insurance.
• Tracking employees PT or FT status
• Care for employees within the agency and take care of any complaints that may arise
• Regularly Reporting
• ACA Compliant.
