Position: Bookkeeping Specialist

Job Description:
As a Bookkeeping Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of our clients' businesses. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reconciling bank statements in QuickBooks Online with precision and efficiency, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and categorized.
• Managing client financial data and documents with proficiency in Google Workspace tools such as Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Gmail.
• Collaborating closely with clients and team members to address inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and provide timely financial reports.
• Implementing best practices and leveraging technology to streamline bookkeeping processes and enhance efficiency.
• 15 hours per week to be completed Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday - 2 days in person and 1 day remote during training. More flexibility can be provided with this schedule once training is completed.

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in reconciling bank statements using QuickBooks Online.
• Mastery of Google Workspace applications including Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Gmail.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
