I am looking for help to service a Robotic Cotton Candy Machine which will soon be installed at the Tanger Outlets in Commerce. The machine will need to be serviced roughly 3 times per week outside of normal operating hours (prior to 10am or after 7pm). At least one weekend cleaning is a requirement - one of Friday/Saturday night or Saturday/Sunday morning.

What is required: Each visit the technician needs to clean the crusted sugar off of the windows/machine parts, refill all supplies, and test the cotton candy for the correct look and feel. This usually takes about 30 minutes each visit. Occassionally more time will be needed to conduct a deep clean of the machine, install updates, change parameters, or work with the engineer to debug issues identified during testing.

Pay is set at $20/hour with a 1 hour minimum pay each visit (so if you complete all work within 30 minutes you still make a full $20). Three trips will be needed per week meaning a minimum of $60 weekly. Any time worked over 1 hour will be paid normally.

The ideal candidate is extremely reliable, independent, thorough, a good communciator, has their own transportation, and is preferrably bilangual English/Chinese/Spanish (though bilingual is not a requirement). Must be able to lift 50 lbs and comfortable using tools such as screwdrivers.
