Job Overview:
The Keyholder is a selling professional directly responsible to drive sales by providing outstanding customer service, building customer loyalty, and maintaining a clean, neat, “easy-to-shop” selling floor, exemplifying our service and selling culture. The Keyholder may assist the Outlet leadership team in ensuring that required store opening and closing standards, procedures, and responsibilities are performed, providing supplemental oversight when needed.
All hourly associates are eligible to receive a quarterly bonus incentive, colleague discounts and the opportunity to be a part of an iconic brand. Certain criteria must be met to receive the quarterly bonus incentive.
