BloomBox is seeking energetic and motivated order specialists to assist us in growing our overall sales and customer satisfaction. This position is seasonal and part time, offering 20-40 hours per week during peak times. Flexible scheduling allows you to work 1 day per week up to 4 days per week.

Pay:

• Lancaster, PA: $15/hour plus tips. Tips range from $2-$11 per hour on top of hourly rate, for a maximum pay of up to $26/hour

Candidates must:

• Be friendly, attentive and be 100% customer focused at all times.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Be highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Be flexible, work well with others, and have a positive outlook.
• Be located in Lancaster PA

Job duties:

• Pull, organize and pack plant and supply orders.
• Receive and organize weekly inventory deliveries.
• Re-stock inventory.
• General care for plant inventory- watering, pruning, organizing, etc
• Track and report order issues to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
