Your Impact

• Optimize Operations: Analyze our current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement streamlined SOPs for maximum efficiency and profitability.
• Financial Success Driver: Take ownership of a $10 million P&L, analyzing costs, driving revenue strategies, and ensuring we exceed financial goals.
• Landscape Software Expert: Leverage your proficiency in Aspire, Boss, LMN, or similar ERPs to optimize job costing, scheduling, reporting, and client communication.
• People-First Leadership: Mentor, motivate, and develop our talented team, creating a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Growth Strategist: Work closely with leadership to identify new market opportunities, service lines, and strategies to accelerate our growth trajectory.

Who You Are

• Proven Experience: 5 years of success managing commercial landscape maintenance operations, with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Operationally Savvy: Deep understanding of landscape maintenance best practices, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Data-Driven Decision-Maker: You love analyzing numbers, identifying trends, and uncovering solutions that boost profitability.
• Tech-Forward: Expert in landscape-specific ERPs (Aspire, Boss, LMN preferred), using them to optimize our operations fully.
• Collaborative Leader: You're a team player who can inspire your crew and work cross-functionally to achieve company goals.
• Roll-Up-Your-Sleeves Attitude: Not afraid to get in the field, solve problems, and demonstrate the work ethic you expect from your team.
