**Overview:** We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Marijuana Budtender to join our team. As a Budtender, you will assist customers in selecting suitable cannabis products and provide exceptional service in a dispensary setting. **Responsibilities:** - Assist customers in selecting appropriate cannabis products based on their needs and preferences - Provide detailed information about different strains, potency, and consumption methods - Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately - Maintain inventory levels and ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed - Educate customers on responsible cannabis use and harm reduction practices - Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries effectively - Uphold compliance with state regulations and store policies - Upsell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales **Qualifications:** - Proven experience in sales, preferably in electronics, technology, or related fields - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Familiarity with POS systems for transactions - Ability to effectively communicate product information and benefits to customers - Experience in upselling techniques to drive revenue growth Join our team as a Marijuana Budtender and be part of a dynamic industry where you can showcase your sales skills while assisting customers with their cannabis needs.
