The Shift Leader will likely be a responsible “team player” who has been trained in additional operating procedures and is most able to lead other budtenders, consistently delivering strong sales and service results. The Shift Leader will open and close the store without direct supervision of a manager. Retail Shift Leaders will have access to all sensitive areas of the store and information they will keep secure. They must keep all sensitive and proprietary information private. They will work in conjunction with their store management team and retail operations management to support company processes. Retail Shift Leaders will ensure compliance with federal and state wage, labor and OSHA laws.

Job Duties:

• Open the Store
• Close the Store
• Complete daily revenue and safe logs
• Complete daily store walk through checklist
• Ensure merchandising standards are being followed
• Respond to Customer reviews through google and yelp
• Apply discounts as necessary
• Submit incident reports to store management regarding employee misconduct
• Support a warm and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
• Ensure Bloom City Club customer service standards are being maintained.
• Assist in needed inventory control tasks, adhering to BCC and CRA guidelines and requirements.
• Ensure processes are being followed - be able to delegate and oversee daily tasks
• Review POS daily for proper functioning - discounts are working as intended, menu specials are up
• Communicate issues to the Retail Store Manager and Managing Partners efficiently.
• Maintain compliance with CRA rules and all security protocols.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints, making sure they are logged (tracked), reported to the RSM and rectified
• Ensure required reporting is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
• Have basic troubles shooting skills
• Compensation: $16-$18 per hour tips

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
