Blood Assurance is seeking compassionate, dependable Donor Care Specialists (Phlebotomist) to work in our facility in Hermitage, TN. The duties of this job include interviewing donors for suitability to donate, mini physicals, and phlebotomy. This position is PRN working less than 20 hours per week. The salary is $20 per hour.

Qualified applicants should possess: 

• a high school degree or equivalent,
• a phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience,
• strong customer service skills with attention to detail,
• a positive, caring attitude and,
• scheduling flexibility for a variety of shifts including weekends.
