Blood Assurance has openings for full time 1st Shift Telerecruiters. This position will work in our Franklin, TN location.  This position is not remote.

Flexible scheduling is available. The primary duties of this role involve calling donors to schedule their blood and platelet donation appointments.

Our Telerecruiters are the voice of Blood Assurance, contacting our donors and welcoming them back to donate again. Telerecruiters use their skills in verbal communication and database software navigation to educate donors, to provide them with convenient opportunities to give, and to ensure that their positive donation experience starts well before they walk into one of our donor centers. 

Our best Telerecruiters are passionate about blood donation and they become excited when donors choose to continue helping save lives.
