- Blize Healthcare is looking for experienced and hard-working Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses to join their growing team.

- RNs are responsible and accountable for the delivery and coordination of patient care and the application of the nursing process, during after-hours and weekends.
- The nurse demonstrates the ability to make clinical judgments and utilize critical thinking in an effective and efficient manner with supervision.
- As well, the nurse will perform according to nursing standards and is accountable for managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience as an RN or LVN.
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
- Current CPR certification.
- Provide skilled nursing services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
- Assesses patient needs plans for evaluation and modifies care to meet goals of skilled nursing interventions.
- Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
- Highly co-reimbursement.
- We offer weekly COVID-19 testing to our staff, as well as provide PPE such as masks, gloves, gowns, face shields, sanitizer, and alcohol wipes/Sani-Cloths.
