Essential Duties:

  • Ethically and fairly manage employees while enforcing company rules.
  • Stay updated on changes in collections laws and ensure staff receives necessary training.
  • Arrange debt repayment based on customers' financial situations.
  • Communicate with customers regarding account status or activity.
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks and correct errors as needed.

Education and Experience:
