Blink Fitness is Hiring a Maintenance Associate Near Evanston, IL
- Ensure the entrance, front porch and all training areas are impeccably clean
- Clean the reception area to the Blink standard of excellence
- Clean mirrors throughout entire gym
- Clean and stock locker rooms, empty trash and replace trash bags
- Clean floors (sweep, mop or vacuum). Dust and clean fitness equipment
- Make sure all fitness areas are clean, presentable, and that equipment is operating properly
- Strong understanding of what constitutes a clean environment
- Ability to identify dirty areas; eye for cleanliness
- Able to lift and move gym equipment weighing 15-20 lbs frequently and 45 lbs occasionally
- Experience in handling and using cleaning products
- Ability to organize and keep storage areas orderly
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Work with hand tools and cleaning equipment
- Act with a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication skills
