Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee our retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in store management.
Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the store
- Drive sales and meet sales targets
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability
- Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales goals
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed
- Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Experience with wireless sales is a plus
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in Sales Management is advantageous
