Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver or Nursing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential care and support to patients in various healthcare settings.

Duties:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs accurately PRN
- Help patients with mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Follow care plans and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times

Experience:
- Experience in patient care or caregiving preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Familiarity with senior care and in- home environments - Will train
