Member of new store development team, Store Planner works directly with merchandising team and construction team to store layouts for new and existing store. He/she must be able to work independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with merchandising and construction team to layout new stores.
• Utilize AutoCAD software to create detailed and accurate 2D and 3D drawings based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with the Director of Construction to understand project specifications.
• Prepare preliminary floor plans and elevations for new and proposed locations, revising as needed based on direction of the design team.
• Visit all existing retail locations to confirm accuracy of existing condition plans. Survey each location for information necessary to produce a detailed floor plan and elevations.
• Maintain and manage project documentation, including drawings, schematics, and design files.
• Manage and maintain all plans, updating drawings as necessary due to fixture moves or new product roll-out.
• Work closely with the Director of Construction and the Merchandising Team for all changes and modifications into existing drawings.
• Conduct regular reviews of drawings to identify and rectify errors or discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure drawings meet quality and accuracy standards.
• Effectively communicate with team members to understand project requirements and deadlines.
• Report to the Director of Construction and provide weekly updates on the progress of assigned tasks.

Key Qualifications:

· Bachelors or associates degree in drafting, engineering, or a related field.

· Previous work experience in CAD drafting.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD software.

· Strong attention to detail and precision in drafting.

· Basic understanding of engineering principles.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

· Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
