CLINICAL INTAKE COORDINATOR
The Blick Center, established in 1969, is a private, non-profit community agency that provides a variety of services for individuals with disabilities and/or a mental health diagnosis. Our dedicated staff work with over 1500 people of all ages throughout Summit County. Providing quality services that exceed expectations is our top priority.
This position assists in the intake process and provides the initial diagnostic assessment to determine treatment. 
Qualified applicants will have:

• Ohio clinical license (LSW, LISW, LPC or LPCC)
• Solid clinical skills.
• Excellent documentation and record keeping skills.

This is an onsite position, Monday thru Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. We offer a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, and participation in our 401k plan with a match of 100% of 6% of your salary.
