BLI Institute Pinellas Park is Hiring a High School Teacher Near Pinellas Park, FL

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School Teacher to join our team. As a High School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. You will develop and implement lesson plans, provide instruction in various subjects, and support students in their academic and personal growth.

Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum
- Provide instruction in subjects such as mathematics (geometry, algebra, trigonometry), English, science, history, and more
- Utilize various teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and projects
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices
- Support students in their social-emotional development
- Mentor students and provide guidance on academic and personal matters
- Implement behavior management strategies to maintain a productive classroom environment
- Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification or license in the relevant subject area(s)
- Experience teaching high school students is preferred
- Strong knowledge of the subject matter being taught
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in the learning process
- Experience with special education or working with diverse learners is a plus
- Sports coaching experience is desirable
