Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of children
- Create a nurturing and supportive classroom setting conducive to learning
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a positive learning environment
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to support student development
- Incorporate age-appropriate activities to enhance learning experiences

Skills:
- Experience working with preschool or young children
- Strong classroom management skills
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Background in early childhood education or related field
- Ability to manage student behavior effectively
- Special education or physical education experience is a plus

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
