Blessed Lil One's is Hiring a Child Care Worker Near Spartanburg, SC

Childcare Provider

Duties:

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in a childcare setting
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate children's physical, social, and intellectual development
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
- Collaborate with other childcare providers to ensure the smooth operation of the facility

Qualifications:

- Experience working with children in a classroom, daycare, or nanny setting
- Knowledge of infant care and childhood development principles
- Ability to work well with children of different ages and backgrounds
- Experience working with students to educate and support their development
- Strong behavior management skills to promote positive interactions among children
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with parents and colleagues
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
