Looking for a Registered Nurse who has a spirit to serve the community! A Registered Nurse who takes the time to care for our patients and facilitate their needs while in positive growing clinic. At this clinic we use both alternative medicine and traditional options to help our patients heal and recover from chronic ailments, diseases, new onset symptoms and overall health. The ideal candidate will be responsible and well-trained professional able to give the BEST nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate, loving, caring, cool-tempered, and have a positive outlook in any situation within the clinic. You will be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patient’s well-being by providing high quality nursing care. **IV insertion skills is a must for this position- in clinic we do average 20- 30 IV's a day not including phlebotomy as well. **

***This is a PRN position and it is required that the individual has their own LLC in place since this is a 1099 contract position.****

Responsibilities

• Have a POSITIVE, LOVING and CARING demeanor to the patients and staff.
• Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
• Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to medical provider.
• Learn the IV techniques and be able to administer IV hydration as required.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts.
• Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing treatment rooms, etc.)
• Provide immediate medical care in emergencies.
• Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
• Learn and understand the techniques and protocols within the clinic.
• Adhere to the RN job description provided by the clinic.
• Mobile nursing available to the community where needed.

Skills

• Proven experience as a registered nurse
• Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of emergency care
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible and compassionate
• Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
• Registered Nursing Degree
• Valid nursing license
