Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of lawns and landscapes for our clients. This is a hands-on position that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Duties: - Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming - Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as needed - Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their health and shape - Install and maintain irrigation systems - Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from lawns and gardens - Perform snow plowing and ice removal during winter months - Assist with hardscape projects, including the construction of walkways and patios - Operate and maintain various lawn care equipment - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns Skills: - Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques - Proficiency in lawn care practices, including mowing, fertilizing, and weed control - Experience with snow plowing and ice removal - Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain lawn care equipment - Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, digging, and building - Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques is a plus - Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship - Strong communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner - Ability to work independently or as part of a team Join our team as a Lawn Care Specialist and enjoy competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
