Thrive with a company and leadership team who are committed to growth.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Senior Manager, CX Strategy Solutions, who will work with business leaders to solve our clients’ business challenges and improve clients’ business results. We contribute our Marketing Strategy and Advanced Analytics subject matter expertise to the recommendations and solutions delivered to our clients. This role supports the identification and diagnosis of strategic business opportunities, develops strategic roadmaps and business plans and helps to define client solutions in partnership with Blend team members. As a Senior Manager in the CX Strategy Solutions group, you will be a key contributor to our CX team, playing a pivotal role in shaping and implementing strategic initiatives for our clients. This involves a combination of strategic thinking, project management, and client engagement. A manager can lead project teams, contribute to business development efforts, and provide valuable insights to drive organizational success. You will help clients shape and implement new initiatives around business strategy, technology, data, business intelligence and analytics. Internally, a Senior Manager provides mentorship and guidance to support professional growth of junior resources. Main ResponsibilitiesA Senior Manager will engage, through a consultative approach, with senior executives at the client to understand business challenges and to translate the challenges into a solvable digital and direct marketing/analytic programs and support formulation of different approaches, pros and cons for each approach.Manage and lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring successful delivery of client engagements.Lead consulting projects in the landscape of CX with direction and support, but little oversight, from Senior Consultant.Ability to lead discovery and own framework for recommendations, design approaches.Understand critical next steps of a strategic assessment and serve as a trusted advisor with clients.Contribute to business development efforts, own client presentations, development of strategic frameworks and relationship building.Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in strategy consulting.Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through articles, white papers, and presentations.Own strategic deliverables for projects including project objectives, strategic roadmaps, customer/audience objectives, opportunity analysis, customer experience models, business plans and recommended marketing and analytic capabilities.Work with practice leaders and clients to devise approach to apply data, models and Martech solutions to marketing challenges and opportunities – and to gain alignment on deliverables, and overall timeline.Develop compelling storytelling and recommendations development within project team.QualificationsMBA or equivalent experience; coursework and/or experience in Digital and Direct Marketing/Business Strategy, Analytics or Engineering preferred.Experience working at a management consulting company, Digital and/or Direct Marketing Service provider required.Min 4-5 years of professional experience in data-driven, digital and direct marketing solution or analytics strategy and delivery; experience with digital programs and strategy, transformation and/or measurement preferred.Strong knowledge of marketing process and typical tools and deliverables; understanding of the role of data models, addressable media, digital channels, offers and message on marketing impact.Strong business understanding of consulting process and tools, methodologies and problem-solving skills; client/team facilitation skills required; story telling expertise.Understanding of data modeling, predictive modeling and machine learning (ability to apply to business challenges and marketing methods).Additional InformationThe starting pay range for this role is $130,000 - $145,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
