A school district near Boston, MA is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or ABA Specialist to contract for the remainder of the 23/24 school year. We ultimately are looking for a candidate that is going to be driven by their student's success and truly fit in with the district’s team-oriented and supportive staff. If we find the right candidate to fill the position, there is an opportunity of renewing for the summer and next school year. New grads are encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma

· Behavior Experience

· Registered Behavior Technician License (RBT) or ABA Certification

· RBT supervision is not guaranteed so please make sure you have your own supervisor to sign off on hours to maintain your license!

· Experience working with children preferred*

· Must be willing to provide references for reference check

Job Descriptions:

· Full-Time: 30 hours/week

· On-site

· Working 1:1 and in small group instruction with students

· K-12 caseloads available (will take preference to what age you want to work with)

· Must be able to work with students with a wide range of disabilities (Mild-Severe)

· Contract Dates: ASAP- End of School Year (6/20/24)
