Blazer Jobs, in partnership with a school district, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Hollis, NH.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct health assessments for students undergoing Individualized Education Program (IEP) development or reevaluation.
• Collaborate with the IEP team, including teachers, parents, and therapists, to ensure a holistic understanding of each student's needs.
• Provide recommendations and resources to support students' health and learning success.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student health records.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current on best practices in school nursing.

Qualifications:

• Current NH RN license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in pediatrics or school nursing.
• Strong understanding of child development and special education.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and culturally competent care.
