Job Opportunity: LPN/RN (Licensed Practical Nurse/Registered Nurse)

Start Date: September 6, 2023
End Date: June 5, 2024
Hours: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday (Approximately 30 hours per week)
Caseload: 1 on 1 with a 6th-grade autistic student, assisting with feeding & monitoring G tube. Note: There is a possibility of the student's absence on certain days, leading to potential fluctuation in work hours. Candidates must be comfortable with this scenario.

Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one care to a 6th-grade autistic student
• Assist with feeding and monitor G tube
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in work hours due to student's absence

Requirements:

• LPN or RN licensure
• Must pass a drug screen
• Commitment to a 30-minute Zoom interview upon resume review
• If selected, 2 weeks to complete 100% credentialing, meeting both state and company requirements

Note: The candidate will not commence the assignment until 100% credentialed, meeting both state and company requirements. Legal requirements will be reviewed by the District.
