Job Description
- Salesforce Development:
- Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Lightning web components, Aura components, and Apex.
- Customize and configure Salesforce to meet specific business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
- Lightning Component Development:
- Develop Lightning components for use in Salesforce applications.
- Optimize user interface for efficiency, performance, and user experience.
- Integration:
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs and web services.
- Work with external teams to ensure smooth data flow between Salesforce and other platforms.
- Code Review and Best Practices:
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in Salesforce development.
- Testing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure the quality of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Documentation:
- Document technical specifications, process flows, and architecture diagrams.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all Salesforce solutions.
Requirements
Job Title: Salesforce Lightning Developer
Job Type: Hybrid (candidates have to work from the Office Weekly for 2–3 days)
Job Location: Chicago, US
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform using Lightning components. This individual should have a strong background in Salesforce development, with a focus on Lightning web components, Aura components, and Apex.
Skill Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must have 5 years of Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a focus on Lightning development.
- Must have proficiency in Lightning web components, Aura components, Apex, Visual-force, and SOQL.
- Must have Experience with Salesforce Lightning App Builder and Process Builder.
- Must have Knowledge of integration patterns and experience with REST and SOAP APIs.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I and II) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Shortlisted Candidates will go through a Coding assessment and then followed by a Technical Interview
